  • Can I get a discount on jumping castles if I order a soft play package?
    Yes you can! You can choose whichever soft play package you would like and we will deduct $50 off the total amount when you purchase a soft play package.
  • I’m finding it hard to find a venue but I know I want to book a soft play package from Hire Wonderland, is it possible to make a tentative booking while I find a venue?
    Yes! We understand that it can be overwhelming trying to find a venue that has it all. We are here to help!   • What is your COVID-19 Policy?
    COVID19 lockdown/restrictions: due to any of these reasons your event is prevented from going ahead your bond and hire balances paid will be held as a future credit with us. It can be used towards a future booking and will have to be claimed within the 12month validation period. After this period the credit will then be forfeited. Here at Hire Wonderland we do not offer refunds for events due to personal reasons or reasons related Covid19.
  • What if I change my mind?
    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at Hire Wonderland. But we are happy to exchange if the item/s is/are available for hire the same date you require.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes! Our copy of insurance is sent along with your confirmation of hire.
  • I want to have my event outside! Is this possible with the hire?
    Soft play can become quite hot when left outside in the sun. Therefore we will only place softplay outside if there is enough shade all day long on the specific area. This will need to have enough roof space to cover the soft play from any sun/water damage. It will also need to be clean area away from any mud. Jumping castles can go outside although it is weather restricted Restrictions: No extreme heat above 27degrees No rain forecasted (not even 1mil) Wind conditions must be under 29km per hour
  • How long is my hire for?
    5 hours We require 1-2 hour set up and 1-2 hour pack down; this is outside of your 5 hours. Fees may apply if we are unable to setup or pack down.
  • Where do you service?
    We service Metropolitan Melbourne only.
  • Is face painting allowed?
    There is strictly no face paint, glitter, poppers, textas, slime or markers allowed! This may cause permanent damage to our equipment and will result in the loss of your bond.
  • Are shoes allowed on the soft play area or in the jumping castle?
    No! This may damage our equipment and will result in loss of your bond
  • Can I pick up and set up?
    Unfortunately we do not allow for our customers to pick up and set up or equipment. At hire wonderland we have had training on product placement and work safety. We want your equipment to look as best as it can as this reflects our work and we need it to be done in a safely manner. Hirewonderland also take pictures of before and after the event has started. This will cover any confusen of damages to the products.
  • What ages are the soft play for?
    6months - 6 years old. If you are hiring the ultimate jumping castle we recommend getting an extra ball pit for the little children as it can be quite chaotic in the ultimate jumping castle ball pit.
  • What ages are the jumping castles for?
    Children aged 3+.
  • Can we have food/drinks in the play area?
    No, as this can damage our items and may result in the loss of your bond.
  • Do I get a copy of the receipt?
    Yes, the receipt will be sent to the email you have provided once you have paid for the hire.
  • What payment methods are allowed?
    We accept PayPal pay in 4, PayPal quick checkout, credit card, bank transfer to our business account. Although we accept cash we do prefer the above payment methods. Please not when paying with cash your booking will be a tentative booking until we have received the full payment. Tentative bookings expire within 3 days.
  • What are your fees?
    Please note as we do offer a price beat guarantee* we do have to pay our staff to deliver and set up the goods. We charge $120 delivery, set up and pack down fee. If your venue has stairs we also charge a $100 stair fee. This creates more work and may cause the set up and pack down to take a little bit more time.
